At Cobalt Arts, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every art purchase. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel an order or seek a refund. This Cancellation/Refund Policy outlines the procedures and guidelines for cancellations and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Order Cancellation:

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled before the artwork has been shipped. Once the artwork has been dispatched, the cancellation request will be treated as a return (see section 2).

2. Returns and Refunds:

  • If you receive the artwork and find it to be damaged, defective, or not as described, you may request a return and refund within 15 days from the delivery date.

3. Return Procedure:

  • To initiate a return, please contact us at with your order details and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process.

4. Eligibility for Returns:

  • To be eligible for a return and refund, the artwork must be in its original condition, securely packed in the original packaging or equivalent, and accompanied by the original proof of purchase (order invoice).

5. Return Shipping:

  • You will be responsible for arranging and covering the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged artwork). In such cases, we will provide you with a prepaid shipping label.

6. Refund Processing:

  • Upon receiving the returned artwork and verifying its condition, we will initiate the refund process. The refund will be processed using the original payment method used during the purchase.

7. Refund Timing:

  • Refunds will be processed promptly, but the timing of the refund may vary based on your payment provider’s policies. Please allow 15 working days for the refund to reflect in your account.

8. Non-Refundable Items:

  • Certain items may not be eligible for returns and refunds due to their nature (e.g., personalized or commissioned artworks). We will clearly specify such items on the product page.

9. Damaged Artwork:

  • In the unfortunate event that the artwork arrives damaged, please take photographs of the packaging and the artwork and notify us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.

10. Modification of Policy:

  • We reserve the right to modify or update this Cancellation/Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
